The opportunity

As a Delivery Manager, you will support our clients in applying cutting-edge AI models to real-world industrial challenges. This role offers the opportunity to dive into a wide range of highly interesting, high-tech industries and tackle a diverse set of problems—each project is new and challenging in its own way. You will navigate rapidly evolving requirements, bring clarity and structure to the product team, and support finding technical solutions and creating alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

Your Core Mission:

• Project delivery and client success: Keep customer-facing projects running smoothly by continuously monitoring progress, milestones, and deadlines. Act as the interface between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external clients — managing communication, escalations, and expectations so that projects stay on track as requirements evolve rapidly.

• Release and technical project management: Support product teams with structured release planning and delivery management. Coordinate with our platform team and engineering to ensure new releases are executed smoothly and with a high-quality standard. Support defining and establishing scalable technical solutions and processes.

• Cross-functional alignment and knowledge management: Ensure that information and updates reliably flow from project teams to the Product Manager and GTM team. Organize streamlined documentation and knowledge management across projects, and act as a bridge between Engineering, Research, and Product.

• Customer feedback and product insights: Collect and organize customer feedback from ongoing projects and relay it to the Product and GTM team, helping shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with real-world feedback from the various industries.

• Process improvement: Support the identification of opportunities to streamline how we run projects — from tooling to frameworks — empowering our teams to move faster and more confidently as we scale.
