The opportunity

Team up with our Founders and work closely with the Leadership team as the strategic partner to our CEO, COO, and Chief Scientist, directly shaping Emmi AI's growth trajectory in the rapidly evolving AI-physics simulation market.

What you'll own:

• Strategic Market Intelligence: Lead competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring to inform critical business decisions and positioning strategies

• High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Navigate relationships with Fortune 500 clients, investors, and partners during contract negotiations, partnership discussions, and strategic initiatives

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support future fundraising efforts, investor communications, and strategic partnership development as we continue scaling our impact

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Drive critical initiatives spanning conference presentations, compliance projects, strategic hires, and product launches

• Crisis Management & Rapid Decision Making: Serve as the go-to person for urgent situations requiring quick analysis, stakeholder alignment, and execution under pressure

About you :

We're looking for someone who thrives in high pressure, high impact environments and can seamlessly bridge strategic thinking with hands on execution.

Essential experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or similar fast-paced, analytical roles

• Proven stakeholder management skills with C-level executives, enterprise clients, or investors

• Market research and competitive intelligence experience, with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

• Project management expertise across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines

• Business acumen with understanding of B2B SaaS, deep tech, or industrial markets
