The opportunity

Emmi AI is at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation, dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) and foundation models. As the Sales Engineer – Physics AI, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced AI capabilities and the practical needs of our enterprise clients. Your mission is to ensure that our AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into clients’ operations, delivering tangible value and fostering long-term partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions, from initial scoping and customization to deployment and post-launch support.

  • Drive Client Success: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, research, and customer success teams to align product development with client requirements and ensure timely delivery.

  • Innovate and Iterate: Continuously gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine our offerings, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of AI technology.

About you

You are a seasoned sales engineer with a passion for delivering high-impact AI solutions to enterprise clients. Your background combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of enterprise needs, enabling you to navigate complex projects and drive successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales engineering, with a focus on enterprise software delivery.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise settings.

  • Client-Focused: Proven track record of working directly with enterprise clients to deliver customized solutions.

  • Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive implementation.
